Dealers/Exhibitors:
Would you like an opportunity to expose your store,
company’s products, or brand new game you have created to a large
group of gamers all at once? Would you like an opportunity to set up
and sell off some of your old gaming collection? GamerCon® can give
you that opportunity. We have a limited number of dealer booths
available. We know that setting up at a convention is not a guarantee
of sales so we strive to keep the expense to you as low as possible. At
GamerCon® 6, a dealer booth will consist of 4, 6ft rectangle tables
pre-setup in a lopsided U shape, the tables will be covered with white
table clothes, and each booth comes with 2 chairs and 2 badges for your
representatives. The cost to you will be $65 or alternately we will
accept $125 retail value of current gaming products that we will use in
our raffles or for special prizes. What we are looking for are current
products; Core Role-Playing books, CMG starters or boosters,
Warhammer/40K squads/box sets/vehicles, Board Games, and the like. As
another benefit to you, website links and logos for our dealers will be
displayed on our website’s dealer page and in any program
materials that are produced and distributed to our attendees.
