Judge/Staff Sign Up Information
Judges/Staff are the
heart and soul of any Convention or GameDay, making it possible for everyone to have a
wonderful experience. Agree to work at least 1 time slot/event for the GameDay or 3 or more time slots/events and
get a full admission badge to the event and other perks as available.
Look below for more information on what you will be expected to do as a part of a GamerCon® event.

If you are going to run an event please add the following info for each event you plan to run.

What do I get for being Judge/Staff at a GamerCon® Convention?
If you run 1 event or work 1 day:
You will receive a $5.00 discount to
whichever badge fee you choose.
You will receive 1 Free Raffle Ticket in addition to tickets with your
badge.
Additional perks as
available.
If you run 2 events or work 2 days:
You will receive a $10.00
discount to whichever badge fee you choose.
You will receive 2 Free Raffle
Tickets in addition to tickets with your badge.
Additional perks as

If you run 3 or more events or work the full
weekend:
You will
receive a Free Full Weekend Badge.
You will receive 3 Free Raffle Tickets in addition to tickets with your
badge.

FOR STAFF VOLUNTEERS:
Staff Volunteers are the “jack of
all trades” of the convention and will be expected to help with initial set up
on Friday as well as tear down/clean up on Sunday, helping exhibitors set up
their table areas, including heavy lifting, and help them break them down when
they leave, including heavy lifting, as well as help direct attendees where they
need to be and help make sure security issues are addressed. Staff may also be
asked to supervise tournaments to make sure players know where to turn in there
win/loss records.
